摘要：碳纖維生產(chǎn)有兩個(gè)重要的國產(chǎn)化裝備，一頭一尾。所謂一頭指的是生產(chǎn)流程開(kāi)始的地方，一尾就是結束的地方，也就是說(shuō)原絲纖維從退紗機上開(kāi)始，經(jīng)過(guò)碳化工藝過(guò)程，最后到卷繞機結束，退紗與卷繞這兩套裝備在整個(gè)碳纖維生產(chǎn)中起著(zhù)關(guān)鍵的作用。本文著(zhù)重介紹它們的控制系統，在國產(chǎn)碳纖維裝備發(fā)展歷程中，二者的控制系統由過(guò)去的初級水平到現在的智能化水平，是一個(gè)曲折發(fā)展的過(guò)程，從側面也能體會(huì )到我國碳纖維發(fā)展的不易與艱辛。

Abstract: There are two important domestic equipment for carbon fiber production, one end and one tail, the one end means starting of production process, the one tail means finishing of production process,in other words ,from yarn release machine to winding machine.The two sets of equipment play a pivotal role in the carbon fiber production. This paper introduces the history of controlling system.From primary level to smart level ,the development progress is winding road, from which we can also experience the hardship and difficulty of carbon fiber development in China.
