摘要:核電廠(chǎng)人機界面作為人機交互最集中的媒介,主要通過(guò)操作面板、文本、圖符、顏色的形式向操作員提供現場(chǎng)設備和參數信息,以輔助其進(jìn)行電廠(chǎng)運行監視和控制的操作。對畫(huà)面信息高度集中的數字化控制系統,如何從人因角度合理選擇和設計交互特征是直接關(guān)系到操作正確性和準確性的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。本文根據相關(guān)標準的要求,針對基于FirmSys平臺的安全級儀控系統人機界面的顯示元素進(jìn)行了設計分析和驗證方法的介紹,為人機界面顯示設計和人因工程標準的結合提供借鑒,提高人機界面設計的科學(xué)合理性,降低操作風(fēng)險。

Abstract: As the intense media for human machine interaction, humanmachine interface (HMI) in nuclear power plant provides operators withtext, symbol, color about information of parameter and equipment onsite to assist operator monitor and control the operation of station. Forthe display of digital control system with massive information, how toselect and design the features of interaction is highly important matter,which directly effects the correctness and accuracy of operation. Thispaper clarifies the analysis and identification for the display elementsof HMI of safety instrumentation and control system based on FirmSysplatform according to the related standards, which can be reference forthe combination of display design and ergonomics standard to improvethe rationality of design for human machine display and reduce thepossibility of mis-operation.
