摘要:工業(yè)控制現場(chǎng)的設備層具有設備種類(lèi)繁多、接口類(lèi)型復雜等特點(diǎn),各種設備與系統的集成和工程實(shí)施成了智能工廠(chǎng)建設中的關(guān)鍵。本文提出的基于容器技術(shù)的新型智能網(wǎng)關(guān),不僅實(shí)現了現場(chǎng)工業(yè)數據采集、數據轉發(fā)等功能,同時(shí)基于容器的技術(shù)具有網(wǎng)關(guān)自動(dòng)部署、遠程維護、無(wú)擾升級等特點(diǎn),在滿(mǎn)足不同工業(yè)現場(chǎng)通信需求的基礎上,降低了用戶(hù)實(shí)施與維護的難度。

Abstract: The equipment layer of the industrial control site has many kinds of equipment and complex interface types. The integration of various equipment and systems is the key success factor in the construction of smart factories. The new intelligent gateway based on containerization technology proposed in this paper not only realizes on-site industrial data collection,data forwarding, data entry into the cloud, etc., but also uses the characteristics of containerization technology to realize the features of automatic deployment, and non-disruptive upgrade, which reduces the difficulty of user implementation and maintenance on the basis of meeting different industrial field communication needs.
