摘要:當前國內核電機組的DCS驗證采用工廠(chǎng)測試和現場(chǎng)調試獨立策劃 的方式,國外三代核電(如EPR、AP1000等)的DCS系統采用工廠(chǎng)測試 與現場(chǎng)調試總體策劃的測試模式。本文借鑒EPR、AP1000的整體策劃實(shí) 踐,通過(guò)對核電DCS系統工廠(chǎng)測試與現場(chǎng)調試邏輯功能驗證方案進(jìn)行對 比分析和研究,找出差異,為核電DCS系統工廠(chǎng)測試與現場(chǎng)調試全范圍 功能測試實(shí)施打下基礎,有利于核電DCS系統工廠(chǎng)測試、現場(chǎng)調試的優(yōu) 化和質(zhì)量提升,從而控制工期和成本。

Abstract: At present, the DCS verification of domestic nuclear power units is planned independently by DCS factory test and nuclear power factory debugging. The DCS system of three generations of foreign nuclear power plants (such as EPR, AP1000, etc.) adopts the test mode of overall plan of factory test and nuclear power factory debugging. Based on the overall planning practice of EPR, AP1000, this paper compares and analyzes the verification scheme of logic function between plant test and field debugging of nuclear DCS system, finds out the difference and lays a foundation for the implementation of fullrange functional test of nuclear power DCS system factory test and field debugging, which is conducive to the optimization and quality improvement of nuclear power DCS system factory test and field debugging, so as to the control of construction period and cost.
