摘要:本文主要通過(guò)對調度中心、站控系統、閥室、管線(xiàn)關(guān)鍵設備控制方案、系統功能等方面的論述說(shuō)明天然氣長(cháng)輸管線(xiàn)綜合監控系統的設計與實(shí)現?;诤屠麜r(shí)的HolliSCADA、PLC、SIS、RTU等產(chǎn)品搭建系統架構,完成現場(chǎng)數據采集及設備控制功能,在提高SCADA系統自動(dòng)化程度、實(shí)現無(wú)人值守現代化監控目標的同時(shí),為企業(yè)搭建天然氣長(cháng)輸管線(xiàn)綜合數據集成與可視化平臺奠定堅實(shí)基礎。

Abstract: This article mainly describes the design and implementationof the integrated monitoring and control system for long-distancenatural gas pipelines through the discussion of the dispatching center,station control system, valve chamber, pipeline key equipment controlscheme, and system functions. Based on Hollysys' HolliSCADA, PLC, SIS,RTU and other products of Hollysys, the system architecture is built tocomplete on-site data collection and equipment control functions, whileimproving the automation of SCADA system and achieving unattendedmodern monitoring goals. At the same time, it lays a solid foundation forenterprises to build a comprehensive data integration and visualizationplatform for natural gas long-distance transmission.
