摘要：本文針對鼓風(fēng)機喘振現象，提出了基于PLC控制器的鼓風(fēng)機防喘振控制系統。根據鼓風(fēng)機的喘振特性曲線(xiàn)，分析喘振現象發(fā)生的原因及主要因素，通過(guò)PID調節來(lái)控制鼓風(fēng)機的運行狀態(tài)，使鼓風(fēng)機的工作點(diǎn)處于安全區域。該系統采用和利時(shí)LK大型PLC設計，通過(guò)計算鼓風(fēng)機的運行參數，對防喘閥進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)調節，避免喘振的發(fā)生，從而提高設備的使用壽命，保證了污水處理廠(chǎng)的穩定運行。

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of blower surge, this paper proposes a blower anti-surge control system based on PLC controller. According to the surge characteristic curve of the blower, the causes and main factors of the surge phenomenon are analyzed. The operation state of the blower is controlled by PID adjustment, so that the working point of the blower is in a safe area. The system adopts Hollysys LK PLC design. According to the calculation of the operating parameters of the blower, the anti-surge valve is adjusted in real time to avoid the occurrence of surge, so as to increase the service life of the equipment and ensuring the stable operation of the sewage treatment plant.
