摘要:伺服油動(dòng)機控制著(zhù)汽輪機進(jìn)汽閥門(mén)的開(kāi)度,是DEH控制系統的重要組成部分。本文分析了幾種典型油動(dòng)機的工作原理,建立了積分型、比例型低壓油動(dòng)機簡(jiǎn)化模型,以及積分型高壓油動(dòng)機簡(jiǎn)化模型。介紹了單個(gè)及冗余伺服控制原理及伺服控制系統的階躍響應仿真結果。

Abstract: Servo actuator controls the opening of turbine inlet valve,which is an important part in the DEH control system. In this paper,we analyze the working principle of several typical servo actuators,and establish simplified models of integral and proportional lowpressure actuators and integral high-pressure actuators. The principle of single and redundant servo control and the simulation results of step response of the servo control system are introduced.
