摘要:隨著(zhù)TSN技術(shù)越來(lái)越受歡迎,目前常用的工業(yè)總線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )都已經(jīng)計劃或實(shí)現把TSN技術(shù)應用到自身底層協(xié)議中。其中,CLPA作為最早基于TSN技術(shù)推出CC-Link IE TSN工業(yè)總線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )的協(xié)會(huì ),已經(jīng)把該技術(shù)應用到實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中。本文主要以鋰電行業(yè)后段設備的疊片機為例,介紹其工藝流程及技術(shù)難點(diǎn),針對目前需求分析了CC-Link IE TSN網(wǎng)絡(luò )的優(yōu)勢以及技術(shù)難點(diǎn)。

Abstract: With the popularity of TSN technology, the commonly usedindustrial bus network has planned or implemented the application ofTSN technology to its own underlying protocols. Among them, CLPA,as the earliest association to launch the CC-Link IE TSN industrial busnetwork based on TSN technology, has applied the technology toactual production. This paper mainly takes the stacker of the back-endequipment of the lithium battery industry as an example to introduceits process flow and technical difficulties, and analyzes the advantagesand technical difficulties of the CC-Link IE TSN network for current demand.
