摘要:仿真方式在核電廠(chǎng)數字化儀控系統全范圍模擬機研究、培訓、設計等方面中起著(zhù)重要作用。本文以陽(yáng)江二期全范圍模擬機為例,研究分析了邏輯控制層level1采用虛擬實(shí)物仿真方式、人機界面監控層level2采用實(shí)物仿真方式、KDS系統采用翻譯仿真方式;結合現場(chǎng)應用情況,從精度、逼真度、穩定性、經(jīng)濟性、維護方面對比國內之前某核電站全范圍模擬機的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),得出當前采用的仿真方式易維護、成本降低約50%、逼真度達到95%,且更穩定??蔀楹罄m開(kāi)發(fā)更先進(jìn)DCSFSS數字化儀控系統提供重要的參考價(jià)值。

Abstract: The simulation mode plays an important rolein the research, training and design of the full scopesimulator of the digital I & C system in nuclear powerplant. Taking Yangjiang Phase II full scope simulatoras an example, this paper analyzes the logic controllevel1 employing virtual physical simulation mode,man-machine interface monitoring level2 employingphysical simulation mode, and KDS(Diversity ActuationSystem)system employing translation simulationmode. Combined with field application situation,the advantages and disadvantages of the full scopesimulator of a nuclear power plant before in Chinawere compared from the aspects of accuracy, fidelity,stability, economy and maintenance. It is concludedthat the current simulation method is easy to maintain,the cost is reduced by about 50%, the fidelity is up to95%, and it is more stable. It can provide importantreference value for the subsequent development ofmore advanced DCSFSS digital I & C system.
