摘要:管道運輸是油氣長(cháng)距離運輸的主要方式。在管道運輸中,為了預防突發(fā)事件,一般都安裝有緊急切斷閥門(mén)。本文在分析現有閥門(mén)執行器工作原理和基本結構的基礎上,提出了一種電液執行器直接驅動(dòng)的具有緊急切斷功能的切斷閥門(mén)新型方案。詳細闡述了該電液執行器液壓系統的工作原理并對關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了選型和設計計算,結論表明本電液執行器直接驅動(dòng)的閥門(mén)在油氣管道能夠滿(mǎn)足油氣運輸中的緊急切斷工況,具有重要的推廣應用價(jià)值。

Abstract: The pipeline is the main tool for long-distance transportation of oil and gas. In the pipeline transportation system, emergency shut-off valves are generally installed to prevent emergencies. Based on the analysis of the working principle and structure of the cut-off valve actuator, this paper proposes a novel cut-off valve with an emergency shut-off function driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator directly. The working principle of the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic actuator is elaborated in detail, and the key components are selected and designed. The conclusion shows that the valve directly driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator can meet the emergency cut-off condition in oil and gas transportation, and has important application value.
