摘要:福清核電全廠(chǎng)時(shí)鐘系統作為電廠(chǎng)的授時(shí)母鐘,為涉網(wǎng)電氣系統、全廠(chǎng)DCS系統、汽輪機P320控制系統等重要電氣、儀控自動(dòng)控制設備提供時(shí)鐘基準信號授時(shí),其可靠性對電廠(chǎng)自動(dòng)控制系統的安全穩定運行有著(zhù)重要的意義。本文以福清核電時(shí)鐘系統為主線(xiàn),介紹福清核電1~4號機組時(shí)鐘系統結構,時(shí)鐘系統投用后,先后多次由于時(shí)鐘信號錯誤導致DCS控制系統二層出現不同程度故障事件,根據運行技術(shù)規范要求,機組被迫由KIC模式切換到BUP模式運行,甚至降功率運行,嚴重危及機組的安全。通過(guò)對事件原因進(jìn)行深入分析研究,找出時(shí)鐘設備、系統固有缺陷,提出優(yōu)化改進(jìn)措施,提高時(shí)鐘系統運行可靠性。針對“華龍一號”5/6號機組的時(shí)鐘系統,系統在供電、檢測控制模塊、校時(shí)、時(shí)鐘檢測等方面均有較大提升與改進(jìn),以保證對控制系統授時(shí)可靠性。最后對福清核電全廠(chǎng)的時(shí)鐘系統進(jìn)行期望性的規劃,其可為各系統提供最精準的時(shí)鐘基準信號,保障機組安全穩定運行,為后續核電機組設計、調試、運維提供重要參考經(jīng)驗。

Abstract: Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant's clock system is used as the master clock for power plants. It provides clock reference signals for important electrical and instrumentation automatic control equipment such as network-related electrical systems, plant-wide DCS systems,and turbine P320 control systems. The safe and stable operation of the system is of great significance. Based on Fuqing nuclear power clock system as the main line, this paper introduces clock system structure of Fuqing nuclear power unit 1-4. After the clock system is putting-in-service proactively, multiple levels of fault events occur in the second layer of the DCS control system due to clock signal errors.According to the operating technical specifications It is required that the unit be forced to switch from KIC mode to BUP mode and even run at reduced power, which seriously endangers the safety of the unit.Through in-depth analysis and research on the causes of the event,the inherent defects of the clock equipment and system are found out,and optimization and improvement measures are proposed to improve the operating reliability of the clock system. As for the clock system of “Hualong No.1” unit 5/6 in the power supply, control module, the school, the clock have significant improvement to ensure the reliability of timing control system. Finally, the clock system of the entire Fuqing nuclear power plant is expected to be planned, which can be for the system to provide the most accurate clock reference signal, guarantee the safe and stable operation of unit, and provide important reference experience for subsequent nuclear power units provide a valuable reference for design, commissioning, operation and maintenance..
