摘要:核安全法規HAF003中明確指出關(guān)于核電廠(chǎng)安全級物項“必須對保證質(zhì)量所必需的每一個(gè)工作步驟都進(jìn)行檢查。如果不能對已加工的物項進(jìn)行檢查或要求附加的工藝監視,大綱必須規定間接控制措施”,以保證核電廠(chǎng)安全級物項能夠長(cháng)期安全、可靠、穩定運行。本文主要描述了多種檢驗方法在核電廠(chǎng)安全級DCS設備盤(pán)柜裝配檢查中的應用,通過(guò)對標準RCC-E“MC2000目視檢查和機械檢查”要求的詳細解讀和對安全級DCS設備盤(pán)柜工程設計應用特點(diǎn)分析,結合安全級DCS設備盤(pán)柜裝配操作工藝流程,明確提出了多種檢驗方法:涂抹標記法、指差呼稱(chēng)法、扭矩校驗法、隔離驗證法和光源照射驗證法在安全級DCS設備盤(pán)柜裝配檢查中的應用過(guò)程。這些檢驗方法已在多個(gè)核電機組安全級DCS設備盤(pán)柜裝配檢查中得以應用,證明了應用多種檢驗方法可有效提高DCS設備盤(pán)柜裝配質(zhì)量,能及時(shí)發(fā)現人因操作失誤產(chǎn)生的質(zhì)量不良問(wèn)題,并得以糾正處理,保證了安全級DCS設備盤(pán)柜裝配質(zhì)量符合工程設計圖紙和相關(guān)法規標準要求。

Abstract: In the nuclear safety regulation HAF003, it is clearly pointed out that the safety level items of nuclear power plant "must be checked for every work step necessary to ensure the quality".If the processed items cannot be inspected or additional process monitoring is required, indirect control measures must be specified in the outline to ensure the long-term safe, reliable and stable operation of safety level items of nuclear power plant. This paper mainly describes the application of various inspection methods in the assembly inspection of safety grade DCS equipment cabinets in nuclear power plants. Through detailed study of the requirements of standard RCC-E “MC2000 visual inspection and mechanical inspection”and analysis of application characteristics of safety grade DCS equipment panel engineering design,combined with safety level DCS equipment cabinet assembly operation process, a variety of inspection methods have been clearly proposed: the application process of the smear marking method, the finger confirmation method, the torque verification method, the isolation verification method and the light source illumination verification in the assembly inspection of the safety level DCS equipment. These inspection methods have been applied in the assembly inspection of safety level DCS equipmentcabinets of several nuclear power plants. It has been proved that the application of multiple inspection methods can effectively improve the assembly quality of DCS equipment cabinets, timely detect the quality problems caused by human error, and be corrected and ensured that the assembly quality of the safety level DCS equipment cabinet assembly meets the design drawings and relevant regulatory standards.
