摘要：本文結合項目的實(shí)際情況和應用經(jīng)驗，以聚丙烯裝置反應物料中氫組分檢測為例，簡(jiǎn)要介紹工業(yè)色譜儀的選型、過(guò)程分析取樣、預處理系統的設計與應用特點(diǎn)，并詳細地描述了色譜分析系統的選型及設計思路，提出了典型的過(guò)程分析系統的設計、組成及安裝注意事項，為今后其它裝置過(guò)程分析系統的設計、升級及改造提供借鑒意義。

Abstract: By taking the hydrogen composition measurement in reactant of polypropylene plant as the example and combing the practical application with the applied experience, this paper aims to introduce briefly the lectotype of industrial chromatograph, the sampling of analysis process, and the design and application characteristics of pretreatment system. The paper also describes the lectotype of industrial chromatograph and design ideas, and proposes the design and installation considerations of a typical process analysis system. In addition, it provides a reference for the design, upgrade and modification of process analysis system for other projects in the future.
